Commercial Litigation

We represent major corporations and governmental entities in matters involving business-to-business litigation, commercial and general litigation, contract disputes and products liability lawsuits. We handle these cases in federal and state courts. Commercial litigation can take on many forms, including, civil litigation cases, cases involving catastrophic injuries, toxic torts, industrial accidents, wrongful death lawsuits, fraud and breach of contract claims, section 1983 actions, lawsuits against governmental entities, claims for punitive damages, constitutional issues, and premises liability lawsuits.

In protecting the interests of our clients, we have handled all aspects of litigation: pre-trial discovery, motions practice, motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions and hearings, motions in limine and pre-trial conferences, as well as arbitrations, bench trials and jury trials. Our lead lawyer, Sam Woodhouse, is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
