Sam received formal mediation training and was awarded a Certificate in Mediation. Also, Sam is a Registered Mediator in the State of Georgia.

He has represented corporations and individuals, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in a variety of cases in multiple jurisdictions in state and federal courts. Sam's jury trial experience and the training he received when he obtained an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy allows him to understand the dynamics of mediation from different perspectives, which he uses to assist the parties in resolving their dispute, thus saving litigants time and money.
